We charge an engagement fee to commence the process. ABBA Group then charges a success fee based on the total purchase price of the business that is purchased.

The fee formalises the process and authorises ABBA Group to proceed.

This fee establishes your information file and authorises us to address your brief. The fee covers all correspondence and meetings up until settlement. Any additional services provided are approved by you before commitments are made.

The average time is 3 – 4 months. This can vary according to the complexity and specific requirements of your brief and market conditions. Our ‘ABBA select’ service ensures that the most suitable businesses are sourced in a timely manner. You should allow up to 4 – 6 months to complete the whole transaction.

The ‘ABBA select’ service involves reviewing the details of hundreds of businesses each week and then physically inspecting those short listed businesses enables us to effectively cover the market and find you the best business. Our extensive industry contacts also alert us to suitable businesses before they even list on the open market. Through our direct access to the best businesses, you will have an advantage over other buyers and the opportunity to secure your ideal business faster.

You secure a better quality business in a shorter space of time and at the best possible price. We leave no stone unturned in our search for your business, inspecting and short listing suitable businesses on your behalf until the right one is found.

Having found a suitable business, we use our expert negotiation skills to make sure that you will be acquiring the business at the best price. ABBA Group believes in saving our clients’ time and money and we regularly save our clients at least the cost of our fee in the price negotiated off the purchase price and in many instances much more.

Yes. We provide a “limited” service which includes assisting through the whole sales process. From negotiating price, terms, contract conditions, through to landlord consent, tenancy application forms and stocktake to settlement. This is suitable to buyers who wish to retain their anonymity throughout the process or for those who are not sure how to achieve the best possible purchase price and also importantly, secure the business in front of other interested buyers.

Yes, we can help with landlord consent which can be a major stumbling block. A professional tenancy application is included in our buyer’s agent fee. For an additional fee, ABBA Group will also prepare a business plan in order to put our best foot forward.
